How long does it take to register a private limited company in Bangladesh?
With complete documents, RJSC name clearance takes about one working day and incorporation typically two working days. Trade licence, TIN and VAT registration follow within one to two weeks.
Can a foreigner own 100% of a company in Bangladesh?
Yes. Except for a few reserved or restricted sectors, 100% foreign ownership is permitted and profits can be repatriated after tax through an authorised dealer bank.
What happens if my e-TIN is on the NBR audit list?
You will receive a notice under section 182 of the Income Tax Act 2023 asking for documents supporting your return. Respond within the deadline with the papers requested; our advocates can prepare the reply and attend the hearing. Check your TIN free with our NBR Audit Check tool.

আয়কর রিটার্ন দাখিলের সময় করদাতার নামে থাকা সবগুলো সক্রিয় ব্যাংক হিসাবের তথ্য প্রদান করা বাধ্যতামূলক। প্রচলিত আয়কর বিধান অনুযায়ী রিটার্নে করদাতার আর্থিক অবস্থা, সম্পদ এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট লেনদেনের সঠিক ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ বিবরণ উল্লেখ করতে হয়। তাই একাধিক ব্যাংক হিসাব থাকলে প্রতিটির ব্যাংকের নাম, হিসাব নম্বর ও প্রাসঙ্গিক তথ্য রিটার্নে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা উচিত। কোনো হিসাব উল্লেখ না করলে তা অসম্পূর্ণ বা ভুল তথ্য প্রদান হিসেবে গণ্য হতে পারে এবং প্রয়োজনে কর কর্তৃপক্ষ ব্যাখ্যা চাইতে পারে। যথাযথ ও সন্তোষজনক ব্যাখ্যা দিতে ব্যর্থ হলে আপনার রিটার্ন অডিটের জন্য নির্বাচিত হতে পারে।
